Different blanks. Different measurements. Choose the model listed in the product’s “Product information” before choosing your size.

Printify is our production platform; Gildan, Comfort Colors, Yupoong, OTTO Cap and ValuCap are the blank brands. The same design may be offered on different products.

Measure a shirt you already love

  1. Lay it flat without stretching the fabric.
  2. Chest width: measure straight across from armpit to armpit. This is the flat garment width, not your body circumference. Twice the width gives the approximate garment circumference.
  3. Body length: measure from the top of the shoulder beside the collar to the bottom hem.
  4. Long-sleeve length: measure from the centre back of the neck, across the shoulder and down to the cuff.

Compare like-for-like garment measurements. Allow room for your preferred fit. Sizes and colours available to buy are shown on each product page.

Headwear

Adjustable caps · Choose the actual model

Measure your head with a flexible tape around the forehead and the widest part of the back of your head, where the cap will sit. Keep the tape level and comfortable.

  • Yupoong 6606: structured trucker cap with an adjustable plastic snap closure.
  • OTTO Cap 18-253: unstructured low-profile cotton cap with adjustable hook-and-loop closure.
  • ValuCap VC700: foam-front, mesh-back cap with an adjustable double snapback.

“One size” means an adjustable size, not a guaranteed fit for every head. These models have different construction and fit. Check the model in the product description; contact us with the product link and your head measurement if you need help.
