Withdrawal rights for Swedish and EU consumers

When a statutory right of withdrawal applies, you can notify us that you wish to withdraw within 14 days of receiving your goods. Standard products are not excluded merely because they are printed on demand or because you selected a standard size or colour.

Products made to your individual specifications or clearly personalised may be exempt where the law permits. Your statutory consumer rights always apply.

How to request a return

Email us with your order number and a clear statement that you wish to withdraw. Contact us for return instructions before sending goods. Where withdrawal applies, goods must normally be returned within 14 days after your withdrawal notice. Applicable law governs return costs and refunds.

Damaged, faulty or incorrect goods

Contact us with your order number and a description of the problem. Photos can help us assess print or damage issues. We will handle your complaint according to applicable consumer law. The withdrawal period does not limit your statutory rights for faulty goods.

For damaged items or manufacturing defects, contact The Burning Cow first at burningcowbar@gmail.com with your order number, a description of the issue and a clear photo where possible. We handle manufacturing-defect reports with Printify on your behalf.

Do not send products directly to Printify or a print provider unless we give you specific instructions. Damaged products generally do not need to be physically returned for a Printify issue report; we will tell you if a return is needed and where to send it. This process does not limit your statutory consumer rights.

Other return or exchange requests

Contact us to discuss your request. Any voluntary return or exchange arrangements are separate from your statutory rights.

We aim to respond within 5 working days. This is an estimate for our initial reply, not a refund deadline. Your statutory withdrawal, return and refund deadlines are unchanged; you do not need to wait for our reply to notify us that you wish to withdraw.
